The Collective Boutiques is a curated marketplace at Village at Cumberland Park in Tyler, Texas, where independent shop owners each run their own boutique space inside one professionally managed store. It fills the South Broadway location formerly occupied by Painted Tree, with the company handling staffing, checkout and daily operations on behalf of the vendors.
The Tyler store has around 308 vendor spaces, letting shoppers browse women’s apparel and accessories, jewelry, home decor, gifts, handmade goods and specialty items from local and regional sellers in a single trip. The location held its soft opening in August 2026 and is open daily from 10:00am to 8:00pm, with a grand opening celebration planned for September 19, 2026.
